Shipping & Cancellation Policy
1. Shipping (India only)

We currently ship only within India. No international orders for now.

Shipping is on us its included in the price.

We do not offer COD(cash on delivery) at the moment.

Dispatch: Orders are packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery: Most orders arrive within 4-7 business days of dispatch. Some remote pin codes may take longer. We'll let you know if yours is one of them.

Delays: Courier delays, weather, strikes and other things outside our control can push delivery out a bit. We'll keep you posted. The coffee will wait for you.
2. Cancellations

Before dispatch: You can cancel any order only in the first 24 hrs only. Write to us at basekcupenterprises@gmail.com with your order ID. Prepaid orders get a full refund to the original payment method within 7- 10 business days.

After dispatch: Orders that have already shipped can't be cancelled. If something arrives damaged or wrong, see our Returns & Refund Policy.

Cancellations by us: If we have to cancel your order (stock issues, an unserviceable address, something looks off), we'll tell you and refund prepaid orders in full.
