TERMS of USE — SUKOON (Just one Sip!)

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the SUKOON website operated by Somani Consumer Brands Pvt Ltd (“SUKOON”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

 

By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.  Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

2. Product Availability & Purchases

SUKOON products are available in two ways:

Gift Boxes (sold directly by SUKOON)

Other Products (via Blinkit)

  • Clicking "Buy" on these products redirects you to Blinkit.

  • All orders, payments, delivery, cancellations, and refunds for these products are handled by Blinkit.

  • SUKOON is not responsible for fulfilment delays, delivery issues, payment failures, or refund processing on Blinkit orders. Please refer to Blinkit's policies for such queries.

3. Orders & Pricing

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.

  • An order is confirmed only once payment is successful (or COD is verified).

  • We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Any amount paid will be refunded in full.

4. Payments

  • We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking. No COD available.

  • Payments are processed securely through RAZORPAY We do not store your card details.

5.  Product Information

We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and details are accurate.

However:

  • Minor variations may occur (packaging, color, etc.)

  • We do not guarantee that all information is error-free or up-to-date

We reserve the right to update product information at any time without notice.

6. Coffee ka Sikandar: Game & Dare Cards

  • The game and dare cards are meant for fun. Players take part at their own discretion.

  • SUKOON is not responsible for any outcome of attempting a dare.

  • The box contains small parts (such as dice) and is not intended for young children.

7. Offers & Discount Codes

  • Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated.

  • We may change or withdraw any offer at any time without notice.

8.  Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in our products is the property of Somani Consumer Brands Pvt Ltd and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. This includes:

  • The brand name "SUKOON"

  • Our logo and the Suku Bear mascot

  • Packaging and gift box designs

  • The Coffee ka Sikandar game format, recipe cards, and dare cards

  • Text, graphics, and visuals
